Kay defeated Nikki Roxx during the Shine 10 online pay-per-view event held in May 2013. It was a qualifying match to qualify for the Shine Championship. Lexie Fyfe ejected Kay after she interferred during the main event, which featured Angelina Love (an ally) and Rain. Kay was able to return at Shine 13, when she was paired with Ivelisse to take on Amazing Kong and Jessicka havok.
